I have never seen a better guitar performance than I just saw (Saturday 01.19.13) by Kelly Richey at Ace’s Lounge in Bradenton. Maybe as good, but not better.
Oddly enough, I went because Freekbass was playing with her, and I am a huge fan. And he was… Freekbass! One of a kind. Excellent. And he led me to Kelly Rickey and her drummer, Jen Yates.
