Here's some Bacon flavored beer. I had the unpleasant experience of trying this one...not on my rotation. Attachment:

LOVE beer. Oh yes, yes I do.
LOVE bacon. 'natch, who doesn't?
LOVE maple. Candy, cabinets, syrup, whatever.
Not a fan of any of the bacon maple beers I've tried. The word "icky" comes to mind.

AndieBee wrote: I vote for a hearty beet flavored beer for the health conscious. Get all your vitamins in AND party at the same time... Mmmmmmm! Not a beet beer but I could bring you one of these... Fullsteam Carver Sweet Potato from Fullsteam Brewery in Durham, NC North Carolina is the largest U.S. producer of sweet potatoes. In our quest to work with local Southern ingredients as much as possible, the humble sweet potato is an obvious choice. Perhaps less obvious: our decision to avoid cloying spices that would only serve to mask the savory-yet-delicate flavors. Why “Carver?” It’s our small tribute to the amazing Southern environmental scientist and farmer, Doctor George Washington Carver. While he may be better known for his work with peanuts, Carver was also passionate about the sweet potato. 250 pounds of local sweet potatoes per batch (one-third of the base fermentables). 4.8% ABV

Re: Suggestions / wants for a brew
The Bacon Maple that Alex posted is not good. I thought it would be, cause lets be honest, I love bacon and I love maple syrup and I love beer and thought what could be better than bacon+maple+beer. But it sucked. It really did. From now on I will just drink beer and eat bacon and pancakes covered in maple syrup.
